ClaraMining SAS is a company incorporated in France, primarily focused on renewable energy projects. It is the amalgam, sister and operational management company of Steriwave Ltd & Global Energy Technology Ltd. 

ClaraMining SAS is an equity holder in Vectrance Group, an international consultancy engineering Group, CaliPharms Inc (trading symbol: KGET), formerly Kleangas Energy Technologies Inc. In addition, the company has entered into the domain of digital energy and commodity trading. 

ClaraMining SAS via its sister company, Vectrance Energia Srl  is in a Joint Venture with Pannon Ecom of Hungary.  The Joint Venture has been formed to provide turnkey projects, such as solar energy projects and charging stations for electric cars. 

Furthermore, the company has established a partnership with Star Charge of China. ClaraMining SAS and its sister company Vectrance Italia Srl are the sale & marketing agent of Star Charge’s products in the following territories: Italy, France & U.K.

Star charge specialised in manufacturing charging equipment for new energy vehicles, serving global clients with charging infrastructures, platforms, users and data operation, with the aid of vehicle sales, private charging, public charging, financial insurance and other businesses, Star Charge creates a user charging life cycle platform, dedicates to serve 500 million people with Internet of Things all over the world, and now, Star Charge has developed into a mainstream private EV charging operator in China, leads the industry in high-power charging technology and intelligent operation and maintenance platform.   

Vectrance Group and ClaraMining are also in partnership with Cindrigo Geothermal (Europe) Ltd (“Cindrigo”). Cindrigo Group is engaged in geothermal and waste heat to energy projects. The joint venture has been formed in order to implement geothermal projects internationally.
